Banks · NBFCs · insurers · makers

The partner desk for
commercial-vehicle
finance, insurance and makers.

Banks and NBFCs, insurers, makers and OEMs, parts and equipment manufacturers: one desk for the leads, the offers, the campaigns and the statements.

Leads within the hour. Offers on the sheets. Sponsored places by the week.

A finance partner's team talks a transporter through a scheme at a desk; trucks and a pickup stand in the yard behind the glass.
A conversation about the next vehicle.

01 / Who the desk is for

Four kinds of partner. One desk.

What each kind gets and what we ask of it, side by side. The rooms are the same; the offers, the leads and the papers differ by kind.

Banks and NBFCs

Banks, NBFCs, captive financiers and their DSAs lending on new and used commercial vehicles.

You get

  • Finance requests from Truckaurbus buyers, with the vehicle and the figures already in them.
  • Your schemes on the vehicle sheets your coverage reaches.
  • Sponsored places by the week and a statement every month.

We ask

Your RBI certificate of registration or banking licence, GSTIN and PAN; a DSA brings its principal's letter.

Insurers

Insurers, brokers and POSPs covering commercial vehicles: new, renewal and transfer.

You get

  • Insurance requests from buyers and renewal requests from fleets.
  • Your products on the sheets: own damage, third party, add-ons, the classes they cover.
  • Campaigns by the week and the same statements.

We ask

IRDAI registration or a POSP code and your GSTIN.

Makers and OEMs

Vehicle makers and OEMs with a dealer network on the register.

You get

  • Your launches, schemes, brochures and media beside the register's record of your vehicles.
  • Enquiries and fleet requests for quotes on your variants.
  • Sponsored places on a chosen set of vehicle pages.

We ask

A mail on your own domain and the brand claim; your dealers' claims approved from the desk.

Parts and equipment manufacturers

Parts, tyre, battery and equipment makers, and the stockists behind them.

You get

  • Your ranges and offers beside the vehicles they fit, with your stockists.
  • Stockist enquiries from owners and fleets.
  • Campaigns by the week on the site and the app.

We ask

A mail on your own domain and your GSTIN. Fitment data in the register's format; the register stays Truckaurbus's record.

The firms on the road

The firms a fleet owner needs between buying a truck and running it: the papers, the driver, the work, the body.

Permit and registration agents

Agents who handle registration, permits, fitness and FASTag for commercial vehicles.

You get

  • Requests from fleet owners putting a truck on the road, with the vehicle and its papers' dates in them.
  • Your service and your fee in your own words, beside the step they belong to.

We ask

PAN, GSTIN and the letter of the person who signs for the firm.

Driver supply partners

Firms that place trained, checked drivers with fleets.

You get

  • Requests from fleet owners for a driver, with the vehicle and the duty in them.
  • Your service and your terms in your own words.

We ask

PAN, GSTIN and the letter of the person who signs for the firm.

Spot-load partners

Partners with loads to give for a day or a trip.

You get

  • Requests from fleet owners with a truck free on a route, with the dates in them.
  • Your service and your terms in your own words.

We ask

PAN, GSTIN and the letter of the person who signs for the firm.

Body builders

Works that build tipper, container, tanker, open deck and bus bodies on a chassis.

You get

  • Requests from buyers and fleet owners for a body on a named chassis, with the dimensions in them.
  • The build recorded on the chassis's Body Book once it is done.

We ask

PAN, GSTIN and the letter of the person who signs for the firm.

The partner team confirms the supported products, placements and access for your institution before the first seat.

02 / Inside the Partner desk

From vehicle interest to a conversation.

Explore finance enquiries and vehicle-linked offers.

Finance requests

The vehicle is chosen.
The conversation starts here.

A request starts on a vehicle's page, not on a form of ours, so it arrives with the vehicle and the figures already in it.

A finance enquiry starts a conversation. It is not a credit approval.

Illustrative workflow

From the buyer to your desk

  1. The buyer asks on the sheet

The vehicle and the figures are already in the request.

    01
  2. Your desk gets the request

Where your coverage fits; the buyer's details once you accept.

    02
  3. You call

Within the hour, from the desk, WhatsApp or mail.

03 / Campaigns and commercials

You pay for the lead you accept. Nothing for the one you pass.

Sponsored places by the week. One prepaid balance for both. No rates on this page: the desk shows the unit before you accept and the rate before you book.

04 / Knock at the front door

Discuss your institution's partnership.

Tell us who you are. A named person writes within one business day, and the papers and the first seat follow on the desk.

The door asks you to sign in with your phone first, one code, so the request has a person behind it. Your details stay in the form.

05 / A few useful answers

Before we start.

Something else on your mind?

Write to the desk
Does a partnership change a rating, a verdict or a price?
No. Nothing a partner pays for sits inside a rating, a score, a comparison or the register's figures. A sponsored place wears the word Sponsored and never sits above the plate.
What does a buyer's verified mark mean?
The buyer confirmed a PAN or a DigiLocker identity through our verification partner before the request went out. We keep the mark and the verified name, never the document or the Aadhaar number.
What if we miss the hour?
The request moves on and your balance is not touched. The desk's channels, WhatsApp, mail and the app, are there so the hour is easy to keep.
Which papers do you ask for?
A lender: the RBI certificate of registration or banking licence, GSTIN, PAN; a DSA adds its principal's letter. An insurer: IRDAI registration or a POSP code, GSTIN. A maker or a manufacturer: a mail on your own domain, the brand claim, GSTIN. The Papers room keeps the references; the scans go by mail.
We are a dealership, a yard or a fleet. Is this the right door?
No. A dealership or a used-vehicle yard claims its page on the dealer desk; a bank or a fleet selling repossessed or surplus vehicles uses Remarketing. This page is for the partners who stand behind a vehicle.
Is it exclusive, and can we leave?
Non-exclusive, no minimum term. Pause your offers or your coverage any day from the desk.
How do existing partners sign in?
Sign in to your desk through your Truckaurbus account: your phone and one code. For partnership or access questions, write to [email protected].
